Our approach

We believe that everyone is capable of overcoming difficult times, but sometimes we all need a helping hand to guide us along the way. Within therapy, we will work together to explore what is getting in the way of you experiencing joy within your personal life, your relationship or within your family. Individual sessions are available in a nature-based setting to support comfort during the session and to serve as an opportunity for practicing coping skills.

Individual Therapy (Adults)

Available virtually or in-person (nature walk-and-talks with the therapist). For support with concerns including anxiety, depression, stress, parenting, caregiver stress, workplace matters and relationships. Therapy draws from various modalities including CBT, Mindfulness and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

Couples Therapy

Informed by the Gottman Method Couples Therapy, we will start by identifying your strengths as a couple and areas you wish to change within your relationship. Therapy is collaborative and skill-based, focused on teaching couples strategies for resolving conflict while nourishing friendship and intimacy.

Family Therapy

Aimed at enhancing communication skills, deepening understanding and improving friendships amongst family members, family therapy can be helpful for any family coping with the stresses of daily life or impacted by factors such as addiction or mental illness within the family.
